LATOYA ALLEN
I am the Co-Founder and Lead Specimen Collector at Radiant Path Mobile Lab. My heart has always belonged to healthcare. I spent three years working hands-on in the medical field before transitioning into finance and eventually becoming an Operations Manager at a leading fintech company.
Although I thrived in leadership and operational roles, I knew my true passion was returning to the healthcare field to directly serve and support my community. Guided by my passion for healthcare and service, I combined my Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management with my business experience to create Radiant Path Mobile Lab.
Serving others is at the core of everything I do. Whether I am conducting a drug test, collecting a DNA sample, or supporting someone through a sensitive situation, I approach every interaction with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and discretion. My goal is to provide convenient, reliable, and confidential mobile testing services while treating every client with the respect and care they deserve.
JALA HANDY
I am the Co-Founder and Lead Specimen Collector at Radiant Path Mobile Lab. I am a compassionate healthcare professional and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong dedication to supporting individuals and families.
My background in behavioral health has given me the ability to connect with people, provide reassurance, and maintain professionalism during sensitive situations. I strive to create a calm and welcoming environment so every client feels comfortable and respected throughout the testing process. My strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every specimen collection is performed with accuracy, confidentiality, and the highest level of professionalism.
