LATOYA ALLEN
LATOYA ALLEN is the Co-Founder and Director of Compliance Services at Radiant Path Mobile Lab. Her heart has always belonged to healthcare. She spent three years working hands-on in the medical field before transitioning into finance and eventually becoming an operations manager at a leading fintech company.
Although she thrived in leadership and operational roles, LaToya knew her true passion was returning to the field to directly serve and support her community. Guided by her passion for healthcare and service, she used her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and business expertise to create Radiant Path Mobile Lab.
Serving others is at the core of LaToya’s mission. Whether conducting a drug test, collecting a DNA sample, or supporting someone through a sensitive matter, she approaches every interaction with professionalism, compassion, and discretion.
JALA HANDY
JALA HANDY is the Co-Founder and Director of Specimen Collections at Radiant Path Mobile Lab. She is a compassionate healthcare professional and Registered Behavioral Therapist with a strong dedication to supporting individuals and families.
With a background in behavioral health, Jala has developed a natural ability to connect with people, provide reassurance, and maintain professionalism during sensitive situations. Her calm demeanor and empathetic approach help clients feel comfortable throughout the testing process. Jala’s strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every specimen collection is conducted with accuracy, confidentiality, and the highest level of professionalism.
She remains dedicated to upholding strict compliance standards while delivering a respectful, supportive, and client-focused experience for everyone she serves.
