Payments & Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due before your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Deposits will be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. 

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments. Afterpay is also available.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting our office, the matter may be subject to further review, including potential referral to a collections agency or legal action. We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns so we can work promptly toward a fair resolution.

Radiant Path Mobile Lab is a mobile service provider, and travel is scheduled based on appointment times. Please ensure that all participants and required identification are available at the scheduled time to avoid delays or additional fees.

We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once specimen collection has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Laboratory processing fees are non-refundable once testing has begun.

In cases of severe weather or verified emergencies, rescheduling may be permitted without penalty at management’s discretion 

By scheduling and appearing for testing services with Radiant Path Mobile Lab, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily consent to specimen collection for the selected testing service.
• You understand the nature and purpose of the test being performed.
• You agree to provide valid identification when required.
• You authorize Radiant Path Mobile Lab to submit specimens to an accredited laboratory for analysis.
• You understand that results may be released only to authorized parties as permitted by law or written authorization.

For court-admissible or DOT-regulated testing, you acknowledge that strict chain-of-custody procedures will be followed and that refusal to comply may be documented.
