Radiant Path Mobile Lab offers a variety of services, including background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing. Effective Date: 02/13/2026. By scheduling services with Radiant Path Mobile Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Radiant Path Mobile Lab offers a variety of services including mobile DNA testing, drug testing for both DOT and non-DOT regulations, alcohol testing, and comprehensive background screening. All testing procedures are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and regulatory guidelines.

2. Appointment Policy

All services, including background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing, are by appointment only. Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to provide required documentation, such as a valid government-issued ID, may result in cancellation.

3. Identification Requirements

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all legally admissible drug testing and DOT-regulated testing, including background screening and DNA testing. Testing may be refused if identity cannot be properly verified.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior billing arrangements have been approved. This includes services such as background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Results

Turnaround times for services such as background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing are estimates and may vary based on laboratory processing times. Radiant Path Mobile Lab does not guarantee specific result timelines unless expedited services are purchased.

6. Limitation of Liability

Radiant Path Mobile Lab serves as a specimen collection and coordination service, offering essential support for background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing. Laboratory analysis is performed by accredited third-party laboratories. We are not responsible for laboratory determinations or legal outcomes resulting from test results.

7. Compliance

Clients agree to comply with all applicable testing procedures, including background screening, DNA testing, and drug testing. They acknowledge that refusal to cooperate during the collection process may result in cancellation or documented refusal.
